私の陶芸作品は動物や自然をテーマにしています。いつも喜びをもって作品づくりに取り組んでいます。私の作品を見る人たちに、この喜びが伝わりますように。私が暮らすレッドウッドの森は、この鏡にインスピレーションを与えてくれます。ここの雄大な穏やかな巨人たちの中を歩くことを楽しみ、この魔法のような環境の中で、鏡のかけらはふと映し出す私たち自身の姿を見せてくれるのです。
My ceramic work has themes of animals and nature. I always try to create with joy and I hope that this joyful feeling comes through when people see my pieces. The redwood forest where I live inspires these mirrors. I enjoy walking through the majesty of these gentle giants and the slices of mirror give us a brief reflection of seeing ourselves in this magical setting.
